This letter is in reference with the business proposal of Techno Series Pvt. Ltd for a joint venture of 5 years working towards earning larger profits. I am pleased to accept your kind offer to join hands with an esteemed company like yours.
As mentioned earlier, my company is newly settled and I am thus, not very familiar with the legal formalities to accept this business offer.
